How do I start an RMA Request?
You can email help@emergentcpap.comor use the Warranty Ticket Submission form on the warranty page of the website here.
How can I place an order with Net 30 payment terms?
If you'd like to place an order using Net 30 payment terms, we're happy to help! If you have a PO generated by your organizations system you can send that to orders@emergentcpap.com or if you fill out our credit application you'll be able to place orders using the normal checkout method with Net 30 as the payment option.
Before submitting a PO please make sure that if you do not have a contract to predetermine pricing, your PO matches the pricing on the store. We’re happy to make as many accommodations as possible, but making sure your information matches our system will enable us to fulfill your order much more quickly!
What happens if my product is damaged in shipping or I receive the wrong item?
For new products damaged in shipping we will provide a return label, as well as get you replacements sent as soon as possible. If the damaged shipment is a direct service unit, we’ll need to work with you to figure out the best path forward, but we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Wrong shipments happen, and we’re a small team. If the wrong items get sent we’ll get the correct items boxed up and sent at no extra charge including a return label for the items that were incorrect.
We request that if you realize the items are wrong before opening their packaging, please let us know and keep the packages unopened.
What maintenance does my CPAP require?
Emergent Respiratory recommends annual servicing as a best practice. While servicing is not required, we strongly advise having your unit serviced at least once every two years to ensure it remains reliable and lasts as long as possible in the field.
With regular maintenance, units can last over a decade with consistent use. However, without proper servicing, this lifespan can decrease significantly.
Can I purchase a CPAP on my own, or do I need a prescription?
Emergent Respiratory CPAP devices are restricted and can only be sold to licensed prescribers. To process an order, we require customers to provide their organization’s business address and NPI. If you have questions about whether an Emergent Respiratory CPAP is right for you, please consult your healthcare provider to ensure you receive the best guidance for your individual needs. For additional information or assistance, feel free to contact us at help@emergentcpap.com.
Do you provide loaner units during servicing or repair?
If you purchase a service exchange, you will be shipped a different unit for you to keep. For warranty work and direct service, loaner units are not provided by default, but can be provided depending on circumstances or for an additional charge.
How often should filters, masks, and other consumables be replaced?
Circuits, and all of the parts therein, are single use and should be replaced with each patient or sooner.
I don't see an option for expedited shipping in checkout, but I saw that before. Why is is gone?
Unfortunately, some products in our store are incompatible with the shipping system and will disable the Next Day Air shipping options. Don’t worry, the option is still there for future orders, and we’re working on updating our systems to enable faster shipping through the webstore for all products.
If you need Next Day Air and it isn’t an option, please reach out to support with your order number and we’ll do everything we can do help!
Can I get support after hours?
Yes! We do our best to be available to all customers all the time. Response time may not be as quick as it would be during business hours but you’re welcome to call or email any time, day or night.
