Service Ticket Terms and Information

Routine servicing is recommended annually to ensure your unit operates at peak performance and remains within specifications. However, servicing is not mandatory, as operating conditions, usage volumes, and geographic factors vary for each user. We encourage users to monitor their unit's performance closely and contact us with any concerns or questions.

Direct Service allows you to retain your exact serial number, making it ideal for users who require a consistent unit for tracking or compliance purposes.

Exchange Service minimizes downtime by providing a replacement unit as part of the process. Once your purchase is completed, an exchange unit will be shipped to you, along with pre-paid return shipping labels and detailed packing instructions. Simply place the unit needing service into the same bubble wrap and box, attach the provided label, and drop it off at your closest UPS location.

Please note: This service ensures your unit is maintained to perform at its best but does not cover warranty repairs. Any damage caused by operator error or use outside normal operating conditions (e.g., major damage, missing parts, etc.) will not be repaired without additional charges.

By purchasing this service ticket, you:

  1. Confirm that the unit being sent is not damaged beyond repair.
  2. Acknowledge that if the returned unit is deemed unsalvageable, you will need to purchase a replacement unit.
  3. Agree to the terms outlined above and authorize Emergent Respiratory to begin the servicing or exchange process.
