How this service works

Exchange

Receive a serviced exchange unit to keep, then return your original unit. This option replaces your original unit rather than returning the same serial number.

When your serviced exchange unit arrives, keep its box and packing materials. Pack your original CPAP unit using the supplied instructions and attach the return shipping label.

Hand the return shipment to the carrier and obtain an acceptance scan within 30 days of receiving the serviced exchange unit.

You keep the serviced exchange unit. The unit you return is your original CPAP unit. There is no return-label reissue fee.

Choose a maintenance service for your PortO2Vent CPAP unit. We recommend servicing every two years. Select Exchange, Direct, or Direct with Loaner under Service Type.

Exchange

Receive a serviced exchange unit to keep, then return your original unit. This option replaces your original unit rather than returning the same serial number.

Choose Exchange and order your service.
When your serviced exchange unit arrives, keep its box and packing materials.
Pack your original CPAP unit using the supplied instructions and attach the return shipping label.
Hand the return shipment to the carrier and obtain an acceptance scan within 30 days of receiving the serviced exchange unit.

You keep the serviced exchange unit. The unit you return is your original CPAP unit.

Direct

Send your CPAP unit for maintenance and receive the same unit back, retaining its serial number. Follow the service instructions provided for your order.

For Direct Service without a loaner, if we have not received your unit within 45 days after electronic delivery of your return shipping label, we may cancel the service order.

Direct with Loaner

Have your own CPAP unit serviced with a loaner supplied for use during the service process. Your own serviced unit is returned to you.

Hand the loaner to the carrier and obtain an acceptance scan within 30 days after receiving your own serviced unit. The loaner is temporary; you keep your own unit.

Returns and service terms

There is no return-label reissue fee. Follow the packing and return instructions provided with your service.

Contact us before sending a unit with damage or contamination. This maintenance service does not cover warranty repairs. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing parts, excessive contamination, or a unit determined to be beyond repair may affect service eligibility or result in additional charges under the service terms.

Which option returns my original unit?

Direct and Direct with Loaner return your own serviced unit. Exchange supplies a serviced replacement unit for you to keep.

When do I return an exchange unit or loaner?

For Exchange, obtain a carrier acceptance scan for your original unit within 30 days of receiving the exchange unit. For Direct with Loaner, obtain an acceptance scan for the loaner within 30 days of receiving your own serviced unit.

How long do I have to send a Direct Service unit?

For Direct Service without a loaner, the service order may be cancelled if your unit has not been received within 45 days after electronic delivery of the return label.

Is there a return-label reissue fee?

No.
