After purchase is completed, a code will be emailed to you along with your order confirmation and packing instructions for future requests. After that, placing an order on our site whenever your unit(s) need service is all you need.
Then simply place an order on for a Service Exchange on our site with the code you in your email, or reach out to your Emergent Respiratory contact to issue you an Exchange ticket.
Maximum 1 service per unit per 6 months
** By purchasing this service subscription, I recognize that this product is a service plan not a warranty, if I have damaged parts that are beyond typical “service” wear and tear (i.e. major damage, significant missing pieces, etc.), I will be contacted in the event the unit(s) returned in the exchange is not to in salvageable condition for the exchange program.
By Purchasing this service ticket I acknowledge and agree to the terms identified in the preceding paragraph and authorize Emergent Respiratory to charge my default payment method the agreed upon dollar amount, every month on the 2nd until cancelation.
